Police-Citizens Youth Clubs
PCYC Queensland is a leading provider of youth and community programs, services and facilities, supporting more than 73,000 members across 53 clubs from Cape York to the Gold Coast and beyond.
Prior to the Ansible engagement PCYC field staff managed work plans and daily recording of all activities via a custom software solution that was unintuitive, inflexible to meet emerging requirements, no reporting capability, required 1-2 hours for staff to fill in each week, and was not universally adopted, causing reversion to manual paper-based reporting for many users.
Ansible developed Smartforms for PCYC, providing an intuitive interface to manage work plans, create activities, capture service delivery data, and provide highly customised reporting functions and analytics in a visual format for PCYC staff and Government stakeholders. In addition, it provides form and content modification, can clone repeatable forms and has survey capability.
Unlocking over 4,000 productivity hours per year for staff to build safer, healthier communities through youth development activities.
